Menstruality Leadership Programme, 2022 & 2025

Natalie Clarke
I'm a certified health coach (ACC, ICF) and a menstruality mentor with the Red School (2022/25). I also work as a Hawaiian bodyworker, health promoter, spiritual and care companion for the elderly, and occasional photographer.
During the 42 years so far, I've discovered I'm highly-sensitive, an empath, an INTJ, Enneagram 1 sx-sp-so, a Triple Scorpio and have an obsession with flowers and the colour red!

I first came across menstrual cycle awareness (MCA) in 2016 when I became cycle tracking obsessed (or let's say, possessed!). As a private person, whether I wanted it or not, MCA was the catalyst for turning my life inside out.

I talk about being in maintenance mode with PMDD.
I believe I have lived with PMDD since my menarche in 1992 aged 11, but given the diagnosis didn't exist until I was in my mid 30s, my journey has mostly been about studying personal development, transforming depression, accepting my high-sensitivity, unmasking neurodiversity and practicing MCA.
Upon learning about PMDD in 2016, I self-diagnosed and now advocate for a strengths based, solution focused and cycle enabling narrative to this health condition. I believe PMDD as a disability exists at the societal level because it is the androcentric world which we have to live in which often creates the personal dysphoria experienced by women.

When I'm not religiously mapping my cycle, I enjoy staying active with dance, tennis, cycling, swimming and being a home-maker cooking, baking and crafting.
